Include the date/time value for the Last Modified Date or Created Date in Report #inSalesforce
Steps:
Create a formula field, Return Type: Date/Time, Value: Created Date or Last Modified Date as needed, Make sure you make this field available in the Report Layout (custom report type), Try adding the field to the Report
