Refreshed the full sandbox, but still can't login #inSalesforce


Check these points:

-Use another browser or open an incognito tab

-Try to log in using your newly assigned password. If you have initiated a password reset.

-You can also try to use your previous password. The one you usually use to log in to your production org before your sandbox refresh.

-If all those fails, try to refresh your sandbox again and this time log in using instructions 1 & 3 above.


Note: You should consider logging into your refreshed sandbox using test.salesforce.com unless your SSO restricts you to only use a specific URL to login.
