Create a formula may be named recordURL, datatype text

Formula > LEFT( {!$Api.Partner_Server_URL_520}, FIND( '/services', {!$Api.Partner_Server_URL_520} ))&{!$Record.Id}

Record.Id > Id of the record you want to navigate to

In the body which is the text template: Select View as Rich Text or as needed, Select the text you want

Click the hyperlink button, Insert the Formula resource: {!recordURL}
