Allow Guest Users to Access Flows #inSalesforce
GO to the screen flow and from the dropdown, edit access and select Override default behavior and restrict access to enabled profiles or permission sets and choose the profile that you want to use flow.
Go to Builder of the site and select Guest users can see and interact with the site without logging in and click the name of the Guest User profile, here scroll down to find Enabled Flow Access and add your flow. This grants access to selected flow
