Grant Log In As to a Non-Admin User or Delegated Administration #inSalesforce


Setup | Security | Delegated Administration

Create a new delegated group and check the checkbox "enable group for login access" | Add users into the Delegated Administrators | Then assign the roles and/or profiles.

Suppose you assign to a profile named Sales, then the user(s) you added as delegated administrators can log in as the users assigned to the Sales Profile.
