Dynamic Dashboard #inSalesforce

Using this, users can view the sales data or data per the level of access (based on respective data visibility).

In Example we are making a normal dashboard dynamic. Steps to do:

Edit in Dashboard | Dashboard Properties | Here you can View Dashboard as "The Dashboard Viewer" (view the data as per the dashboard viewer visibility), or in as another User (you will be viewing the dashboard as per the User set here's visibility), default (me),

Here, To make it dynamic - Select "Let Dashboard Viewers choose whom they view the dashboard as" (default View Dashboard as "The Dashboard Viewer" selected)

Save

Prerequisites:

Manage Dynamic Dashboards in profile/permission set

View my Team Dashboard in profile/permission set

Now when you run the Dashboard, you will see below the Dashboard name,  Viewing as User1 (Click "Change" to Update display of Dashboard as per the selected user)
