Error - 'No Community Access' message in the 'Status' field #inSalesforce
Make sure that user's profile is added to Experience Cloud Site Members.
Make sure that "Allow employees to log in directly to an Experience Cloud site" is enabled

Builder > Members page of Admin settings for your Experience Cloud Site > Make sure that the Profile of the User is added
Builder > Login and Registration > Allow employees to log in directly to an Experience Cloud site - checked
