Web to Case #inSalesforce
Use a simple web form or a self-service customer community to make it easy for customers to submit cases directly to your customer support group.
Steps:
Setup | Web-to-Case | Complete the necessary setting e.g. as in the video | Go to Set Up Web-To-Case HTML Generator | Select the necessary fields and enter the return URL as needed and click the 'Generate' button | Copy and paste the HTML generated in your website e.g. as in Video | Click 'Finished' Button | Go to the form created using generated HTML in your website e.g. as in Video | Click Submit button | To test, verify that the Case is created in your Salesforce organization.
