Outlook Integration:

This is to get data from the rep’s Microsoft® email, contacts, and events into Salesforce. Reps can view and search relevant Salesforce records from their Outlook® inboxes, and relate an important email to Salesforce records

Lightning Sync:

Using this reps' contacts and events sync between Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce

Steps:

Salesforce Setup > Outlook Integration And Lightning Sync > Enable "Outlook Integration" > Users need to get the Salesforce app from Microsoft AppSource or by file download. Similarly, you can enable Lightning Sync
