Navigation Menu in Experience Cloud
About it:
Using this, you can extend your site’s navigation as per your requirement.
The menu items can include Salesforce objects, topics, pages in your site, URLs to external sites, and menu labels.
If you select the type as Menu labels then these are parent headings under which you can nest other menu items.
Also, you can enable the App Launcher to make it easy for members to switch between their sites and their Salesforce org.

Steps:
All Sites > Builder of the that particular site > Hover and select Navigation Menu > Add Menu Item > Enter the name you want to use in the navigation menu for this item > Select the type of item you’re navigating to e.g. , external URL—Links to a URL outside of your site. For example, https://salesforce.com > rearrange the tabs you have created as per need and nest tabs if required (Menu Label Type) > Select the tab to edit or delete clicking cross symbol > Scroll down to find the Save Menu to Save the changes.
Note:
The App Launcher can be shown or hidden by clicking the Hide App Launcher in header. To show an icon for Home instead of text, select Replace Home text with icon
