Encrypt New Data in Standard Fields

You can encrypt standard fields on standard objects with Shield Platform Encryption from the Encryption Policy page

Note: Make sure that your org has an active encryption key. Before you can encrypt data, an authorized administrator with the 'Manage Encryption Keys' permission must generate a tenant secret.

Setup | Platform Encryption | select Encryption Policy | Click Encrypt Fields | Click Edit | Select the fields you want to encrypt | All new data entered in this field is encrypted | Click Save
