Create and Manage a Public Calendar or a Resource Calendar


Public Calendar is to manage group activities e.g, to track a group’s events like product release.

Resource calendar is used to schedule the use of a shared resource, such as a conference room.


Steps to edit:

Setup | Public Calendars and Resources | Edit as per need


Steps to create:

To Create a public calendar or a resource calendar:

Click New > name the calendar > select Active > Save the calendar.

To Share:

Click Sharing. Add the public groups, roles, or people you want to share the calendar with.

Access:

To specify the way you want to share the calendar.

Delete:

Setup | Public Calendars and Resources | Click Del next to the name of a calendar.
