Quick Text #inSalesforce

This saves user time and increase consistency with predefined quick text messages, such as greetings and answers to common questions.


About it:

  • This can be added to notes, chats, and more. This setting controls quick text in Lightning Experience only.
  • You can insert predefined messages, like greetings, answers to common questions, and short notes. 
  • You can insert quick text in emails, chats, events, tasks, Knowledge articles, and more.


Steps: Set up | Quick Text Settings | Enable Quick Text | On

Other Settings -

  • Share and organize quick text in folders - Sharing a folder shares all items in the folder
  • Hide quick text button and pop-up - Buttons are displayed to help users work with quick text
