Record Type Change on record - but one of the Record Type Name is disabled !
This may be because, the record you are viewing right now is of that record type(which shows as disabled). You cant change the record type to itself right so that option is disabled. Other record type options (other than the one you are viewing) which are available for that profile will be available only.
