Create report on Pipeline Change Over Time #inSalesforce

This is to create report to compare the two dates.

Prerequisites:

Enable Historical Trend Reporting for Opportunities in Setup - This is to view Opportunities with Historical Trending

Create an opportunity history report | On the Reports from App Launcher tab, click New Report. | Select Select Report Type | Opportunities | Opportunities with Historical Trending. | Click Continue. | Apply filter and range as per requirement | Click Outline. | The default value in the Snapshot Dates is Yesterday, and the Amount (Historical) field shows yesterday’s date. To add a different start date for the snapshot comparison, click + and select the date. To remove a snapshot date, click X. | Click the down arrow in the headers of the Amount (Historical) and the Amount columns. Click Summarize, then select Sum. | In the report table, click the down arrow in the header of the Amount column. Click Show Change, then select Value. | Run Report. | In the Change column, observe the difference between the total value of the Amount (Historical) column and that of the Amount column.
