Before we start what's Lightning App Builder?

The Lightning App Builder provides an easy to use the interface for creating custom Lightning pages for Salesforce Lightning Experience and mobile app. Lightning pages are built using Lightning component which are compact, configurable, and reusable elements that you can drag and drop into regions of the page in the Lightning App Builder.

You can also customize the home page for different types of users and assign custom pages to different apps and app-and-profile combinations.

You can create a custom Home page in a few different ways:

or

Clone it from another custom Home page, or edit a page from the Home tab in a Lightning app. (visual- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfGzz54eW-Y)
