'View Partner User' button missing in Lightning but available in Classic view

Please make sure the dropdown or button 'View Partner User' has been added in the Contact layout. Dragging dropping from 'Mobile & Lightning Actions' of palette to 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' section.
