Create a custom object 'Candidate Feedback' with Master Detail relationship with 'Candidate'

Here Candidate Feedback is the Detail side and Candidate is the Master side

Setup  | Object Manager | Create new custom object named Candidate Feedback and while creating, change the datatype of default Name field to Auto-Number. Create a new Master-Detail field named Candidate looking up Candidate object so that both these objects are related.
