How to run a Macro?

This is to automate a series of repetitive typing when working with records like quick readymade text defined by us.

User permission Required:

view macros - have Read permission on macros

create and edit macros - have Create AND Edit permission on macros

create and run irreversible macros - have Manage Macros

Steps:

Open the record | Open the Macros widget | Navigate to a macro, and select it from the list | Review | Run the macro | Click Run Icon

Open the record | Open the Macros widget | Navigate to a macro, and select it from the list | Review | Run the macro | Click Run Macro (or double-click it or press Enter selecting it)
