Flow Orchestrator Overview

Flow Orchestrator allows increases the impact of your new and existing flows. 

This can bring many business processes together (joining a number of flows and business processes together across multiple people) to drive efficiency and accountability.

Two new features:

Steps - This says which flow(s) to execute. 

Stages - This groups the steps to execute sequentially.

Orchestrate multi-user Flow: Use when activities needs to be assigned to multiple users (may be in sequence or parallel). It can combine multiple processes into one flow and help in multistep approvals.

Orchestrate multi-step Flow: Use it when we want to combine related activities into a single stage.

Orchestrate multi-stage Flow: Use it simplify the complex automations into sets of related stages that span lengths of time and various teams/users.
