Enable Lightning Email Templates


1. Setup | Lightning Email Templates (search for it)

    Toggle 'Folders and Enhanced Sharing' to ON 

2. Enable Content Builder -

    Create a new Permission Set (name it as you wish) | Go to System Permissions | Check 'Access drag-     and-drop content builder' | Save | Assign this permission set to Users you want | Refresh
