Quick Action Lightning Experience

Suppose we need to multiple Quick Action on Account object to update multiple records Rating from List View.

We need to create New Quick Action Button

1. Go to Setup
2. Object Manager
3. Account
4. Select Buttons, Links and Actions
5. Select New Action

• Have a new Quick Action created with the following values:
• Action Type : Update a Record
• Label and Name : Update Rating
• Give any success message
• Add Quick Action Button to Layout
• Setup > Object Manager > Account Object > Account Layout > 'Update Rating' Quick Action 
• Save it

Test:

• Open and Select Account Tab
• Select a view (may be All)| view this new 'Update Rating' button.
• Check the records to update, we can select few or multiple Account records, up to 100 records from the list view. Click 'Update Rating' button, select the desired Rating and click Save button.
• Check OK button to confirm.
