Error - Schedulable class has jobs pending or in progress

Issue:

The probable reason is there are scheduled jobs related to the class that you are trying to edit or may be its dependent classes.

Resolution:

Please abort the jobs manually.

Steps:

Setup | Jobs | Scheduled Jobs - select and abort
