Setup Audit Trail

Steps:

Setup> Quick Find box > Enter View Setup Audit Trail > Select View Setup Audit Trail > Download. 

• This is to view the audit history.
• This is to download our org’s setup history for the past 180 days. 
• After 180 days, setup entity records are deleted.
• This history shows the 20 most recent setup changes made to our org. 
• It lists the date of the change, who made the change, and what the change(s) was. 
• If a user such as an system admin or CSR does a setup change on behalf of an end user, the delegate user column shows the delegate’s username and details. e.g., if a user grants login access to an admin and the admin makes a setup change, the admin’s username is listed.
