After creating Macro, unable to find email section ?
Please follow the steps:
- Enable Email-to-Case from Setup in the Email-to-Case Settings.
- Enable Macro Browser in the Console under Apps.
Setup > App > Select your Service Console Application.
Click edit on your application and Select ‘Macros Browser‘ under Choose Console Components.
- Under Choose Console Components you have to add Macro Browser.
- Under Assign to Profiles you have to set System Administrator to Visible.
- Enable Case Feed Actions and Feed Items checkbox checked in the Support Settings for cases.
- Make sure Email Deliverability is 'All email'.
Classic: Setup> Email>Administration>Deliverability
Lightning: Click the gear icon > Setup > Email > Deliverability > Set the 'Access to Send Email' to All email
Save
- Go to Case PageLayout and enable Email Quick Action in case feed layout

Enable Email under the Quick Actions in the Salesforce Classic Publisher Section.
